Excellent Stay in the Heart of the City

kind staff suite upgrade large balcony
The hotel offered excellent services from arrival to departure. The staff was accommodating and kind. A complimentary suite upgrade included a large balcony. Turn-down service offered treats at night.
I noticed the absence of tablecloths in the breakfast room. The chairs and tables also seemed mismatched. It diminished the luxurious feel of the area.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast included a variety of options. I saw cereals, pastries, hams, and cheeses. Yogurt, jams, and various juices were available. The selection included hot items as well.
Facilities
10/10
The spa provided a relaxing escape from the city. I noticed a steam room, jacuzzi, and pool. I observed that these facilities could be used privately for one hour.
Rooms

My room featured marble floors and a modern design. The hotel provided chocolates and cake for my birthday. I appreciated the beautiful suite and its fine view.
Location
